​​Corns and calluses are a major cause of foot pain. They come in many different forms and they can occur in many places on the foot, mostly on top of the toes.

There are many factors that can induce foot pain including poor shoe gear, overuse injuries, excessive friction, sweaty feet, or Diabetes to name a few.

Heel spurs are bony outgrowths from the bottom of the heel bone. Usually, heel spurs form on the bottom of the heel where the plantar fascia attaches to the bone.
