Corns & Calluses
Corns and calluses are a major cause of foot pain. They come in many different forms and they can occur in many places on the foot, mostly on top of the toes.
Foot pain
There are many factors that can induce foot pain including poor shoe gear, overuse injuries, excessive friction, sweaty feet, or Diabetes to name a few.
Heel Pain
Heel spurs are bony outgrowths from the bottom of the heel bone. Usually, heel spurs form on the bottom of the heel where the plantar fascia attaches to the bone.

Heel Spurs are calcium deposits that form on the bottom of the heel where the plantar fascia attaches. They are not painful but create inflammation and swelling.
Plantar Fasciitis
Frequent causes of heel pain are Plantar Fasciitis and Heel Spurs. These are the most common foot ailments among my patients. It is easy to eliminate the symptoms.

It occurs when the skin on the side of your toenail becomes red inflamed and sensitive. In that case, it is a strong possibility that you have an ingrown toenail.

Athlete’s foot is a skin infection caused by a dermatophyte. It is a skin infection caused by a dermatophyte. It can be found anywhere on the foot, and between the toes.

Flat feet is a physical condition characterized by fallen arches while standing. When walking the arch collapses and it moves inward while disrupting the body’s natural alignment.

Achilles Tendinitis
It is the strong tendon in the back of the leg joining the calf muscle and the back of the heel bone. Since it is one of the most active tendons, it is very susceptible to chronic injury.
Plantar Warts
They are caused by the HPV virus which enters the skin through small cuts or micro cracks. Once in the skin, the virus replicates causing a bump (benign tumour).
